I usually get the same thing when we go there. I love having someone else do the cooking and clean-up! Oooo! I had calamari and shrimp for lunch today, gently sauted in a dark sauce [like Chinese "lobster sauce"] and served over noodles. <BR/>Mmmmm, good! <BR/><BR/>I think the trick to tender calamari is low heat or very short cooking time, so it doesn't get rubbery.
