We ...Magnificent birds, these ringneck goosies. We used to see a lot of them down here, but in recent years our flyway has changed, probably due to global warming or some such thing. Our winters are milder and maybe our rainfall fluctuated. My hubby used to duck and goose hunt, so I have cooked a few of them.
