Hello, from Bill.

After realizing that trying to write directly to those whose comment address shows up as no_reply@blogspot.com, I decided to put my thanks and thoughts on the comments section of The Old Guy link above. But for all those writing here, may I say how much I appreciate your kind thoughts.

The cats haven't figured out what's wrong, but there's no question that they are missing her, as I am. Rather than sitting around sleeping and licking myself, however, I'm working on a DVD of home movies compiled from the many hours that Jo herself took and/or starred in. I have never heard so much good-natured laughter in any such production.

If only our kids even thought of giving us a hello...

If only our kids even thought of giving us a hello. They don't even see us aging, and certainly no consideration some day we may not be there. So sometimes only online friends are left. I'm sorry I didn't get to know Jo.
